3. Standard refund window
For consumer self-service purchases, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the license has not been heavily used, abused, resold, or shared beyond the purchased plan limits.
4. Technical failure
If Rex Connector cannot activate or cannot run on a supported system after reasonable troubleshooting, contact support at admin@real-agi.org with your purchase email, key preview, operating system, and error details.
5. Enterprise
Enterprise purchases, custom deployments, and annual agreements may have separate written refund or cancellation terms.
6. Revocation after refund
When a refund is granted, the related license may be revoked and future revalidation may fail.
