Rex Connector is desktop software for configuring and using local AI model workflows. Rex Connector does not sell AI model weights and does not guarantee that any third-party model, runtime, or catalog will remain available.

Rex Connector is offered by Real AGI Corp., a Delaware corporation. File Number: 7697579. Registered office: 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, New Castle County, Delaware 19713, United States.
3. License
After purchase, you receive an activation key for the plan you selected. Single Node, Small Cluster, and Medium Cluster plans grant perpetual use for the purchased version subject to the device limits shown at checkout. Enterprise plans are annual unless a written agreement states otherwise.
4. Activation and revalidation
The app requires online activation before paid features are available. After activation, the app can operate offline with a signed local receipt. Single Node, Small Cluster, and Medium Cluster licenses may attempt online revalidation when internet access is available. Enterprise renewal and revalidation may be handled manually.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the models you download, the prompts and files you process, and compliance with model licenses and applicable laws. Do not use Rex Connector to process data that you are not allowed to process.
6. No warranty
The software is provided as is. Local AI workflows depend on your hardware, operating system, model files, drivers, and third-party runtimes. Rex Connector does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for a specific purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rex Connector's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license that gave rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, company details, and distribution channels mature. Material changes should be posted on this site.
